It can charge the battery and supply the power to the output at the same time. As the name suggest this can be used as a small size portable Uninterrupted Power Source in variety of applications. he current output of up to 5A makes this suitable for various relatively high current applications such as motor driving for mobile robots. 

This is a 3S output Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) module that supports simultaneous charging and discharging and can provide stable 5V/3.3V voltage output. It also supports IIC output and can display the IP address, battery voltage, current, power, and other parameters.
