Q. Do you provide Cash on Delivery service?

A. We do not provide Cash on Delivery service as of now, CoD makes the shipping expensive and we always try to keep the shipping cost lower. To gain your trust on us, we provide you RoD service which is release on delivery. In RoD your payment is safe with a third party (PayU) until you receive all the products. If you do not receive your order or you are not satisfied witht he quality/ quantity of items you can raise a dispute and after discussion if PayU finds your claim legitimate you receive your refund. So your trasaction is 100% safe and you pay only when you receive the order in perfect conditions.


Q. How many days does it take to deliver the order? 

A. It depends on your location, we ship the orders from our office which is located in North/ Middle region of India. It normally takes more time to deliver to North East and Kerala. We try our best to deliver your order as early as possible but as the delivery is done by third party courier services, faster delivery is not in our hands always. It normally takes 3-7 business days to deliver the order which does not include the day of placing the order.
